I was dealing with the sale remotely and Alison was there to handle everything for me, from arranging a thorough cleaning, hiring and meeting tradespeople at the home to make needed repairs, and having the property appropriately staged for showings. Her knowledge of the market helped price the property perfectly, and she timed the listing and promoted the property expertly. When there were delays in the closing she stayed right on top of things for me and kept me fully updated. Her knowledge of and interest in Newton history would be very welcome for the relocating buyer.
